How High Value Protection Works
ColX24 High Value Protection activates when your order contains at least one item priced at $100 or more — regardless of the total order value. Here's exactly what happens:
Seller Ships
Seller provides tracking number and package weight.
Buyer Receives
Buyer receives the package at their shipping address.
Unboxing Video
Buyer records a short video: unopened package, label, weight, opening, and item condition.
Admin Review
ColX24 reviews the verification video.
Payout Released
Seller payout is released after approval.
Dispute Protection
